In Hong Kong, the juxtaposition of natural landscape and towering skyscrapers create a striking contrast, yet they coexist harmoniously, shaping a unique cityscape. North Point is one of the few communities that combine the scenery of "mountains", "water", "architecture" and "city". Located in the North Point community, Oi! connects art with the daily lives of residents. This exhibition invites three influential Hong Kong architects, Vincent Ng, Jeff Tung and William Tseng, to present nearly one hundred pieces of watercolour paintings and photography works. Ranging from realistic drawings to semi-abstract photography series, the artworks illustrate the bustling city and tranquil natural scenery through their professional architectural perspectives and sensibilities. This exhibition also includes an outdoor installation where the audience could venture inside and explore interconnectedness of life, art, nature and the urban landscape through the interplay of colours, light and shadow.
