After getting the Bachelor Degree from Department of Fine Arts of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Margaret Chu has gained in-depth experience in the creative fields, including graphic design, art creation, art administration and art teaching. Since 2009, she has been focusing on her artistic endeavor on creating lively artworks from ordinary materials such as paper and plastics in a cosmopolitan context. She has been focusing on making sculpture and curating exhibition in recent years. She was selected in the "Art@Government Buildings 2012-13" presented by the Home Affairs Bureau to install public artworks at the Sai Kung Tseung Kwan O Government Complex and her works are collected by the Art Promotion Office. She was also selected as one of the Design Talents of "40 under 40 Young Stars 2014" by the Perspective Magazine in 2014.
