Collaborating with Oi!

Oi! was formerly the clubhouse of the Hong Kong Yacht Club, built in 1908. It is a Grade II historic building that has since been revitalised into an art space. Through exhibitions, community art projects and public engagement activities, Oi! connects artists, the local community and the public, promoting the integration of art into everyday life.

Oi! welcomes collaboration proposals from all stakeholders, making use of the distinctive features of the historic building and its outdoor green environment to create site-specific exhibitions and community art projects in both the historic and new areas of Oi!, exploring the connections among art, space and community.

Factors considered when reviewing proposals include alignment with Oi!'s vision and mission; contribution to artistic and cultural development; the proposer’s experience in organising exhibitions and programmes; how the project incorporates greening and sustainability elements; and the enhancement of public participation in and connection with community art.

Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals by email to oi@lcsd.gov.hk.
